Some Interrelations Between Different Imaging Modalities

Sometimes an understanding one imaging modality leads to understanding aspects of a totally different imaging modality.  I give two examples.Understanding the light field or plenoptic camera suggests a way to understand holography using the Wigner distribution as a tool.Second, understanding of certain aspects of Fourier holography suggests a way to understand corresponding aspects of spectral coherence tomography.  The three different imaging modalities are introduced and the interrelations are explored.
