First announcement of the Ultrafast X-ray Summer School UXSS-2025

The Ultrafast X-Ray Summer School (UXSS) is an annual meeting on X-ray science aimed at PhD students and post-docs, in its 19th iteration. It is co-organized by the Stanford Pulse Institute (SLAC/Stanford, USA), Center for Free-Electron Laser Sciences (DESY and University of Hamburg, Germany) and Paul-Scherrer Insitute (Switzerland). This year it will be held in Switzerland for the very first time.
The program consists of lectures given by distinguished scientists in core areas of X-ray Science, topical focus and technical talks, a tour of the Swiss Free Electron Laser (SwissFEL), and guided hands-on project work. The lectures will be given by

Focus topic and technical talks will be given by Emma Beale (PSI), Anna Bergamashi (PSI), James Cryan (SLAC, Stanford), Christian David (PSI), and Ana Diaz (PSI).
